HOW DOES IT WORK?

Pre-Order products are available for a limited time (e.g. a two-week period), during which you can place an order for a given product (and enjoy FREE SHIPPING for our U.S. customers only) before it enters into production. Products that reach their pre-order goal are manufactured and delivered to you!

WHY SHOULD I PRE-ORDER?

By participating in Pre-Order, you not only get first-access to our core collection but you also help bring Ursa Major to life. You’ll also receive FREE SHIPPING on all Pre-Orders being shipped within the U.S. Additional shipping charges will incur for international shipments.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER PRODUCTS?

Once the product hits its goal, we will immediately work with our partners to manufacture and deliver it to you within 6-8 weeks. However, manufacturing challenges may arise and in those cases, we’ll be in touch as soon as we can.

WHEN AM I ACTUALLY BILLED?

You’ll be charged at checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT DOESN’T REACH ITS GOAL?

First off, we won’t let that happen. We want everyone in Ursa Major! In the rare event that the product does not, we’ll be in touch right away to let you know if we decide to make the products anyway or to provide you with a full refund.
